  Kenmare, by the sea, nestles among the mountains of Cork & Kerry, hence its Gaelic name 'Neidin' meaning 'Little Nest'. Kenmare is a planned town and is designated one of Irelands Heritage Towns. It is a former winner of the national Tidy Towns award 2000.
